Tekquest , in collaboration with Atlantic Technical Management, has launched a new maritime vessel vetting application for Sunoco Inc. which is a separate application from the Sunoco Logistics East application launched last year.  Sunoco is a leading petroleum and petrochemical manufacturer headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The vetting application allows Sunoco agents to request vessel screenings with the click of a button, to which duty watch personnel are notified by mobile phone the instant the request is initiated.  All message traffic between vetting personnel and charter agents are internally managed within the system.

This system marks the ninth application of this type that Tekquest has deployed for maritime clients, including Sunoco, JP Morgan, Noble Americas, PBF Energy and LDH Energy.
